RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ASTAPAD, DEOLALI
1. Consuming liquor, playing or doing any kind of gambling , non -vegetarian food, tobacco (guthka), smoking etc are strictly prohibited in room and sanatorium premises.
2. The booking is non transferable, non saleable, if it found and proven guilty then room rent with deposit amount will not be refunded.
3. The allotment of room will get cancelled, if the room is kept vacant more than six days during the stay
4. Deposit will not be refunded till guest has returned and kept properly all the things in the room in proper usable condition. any damaged thing will be separately charged.
5. Proper cleanliness and sanitation should be maintained by guest during the stay. washed clothes should be dried in the designated place.
6. Carpet should be placed on floor before doing extra bedding on floor so that it does not get dirty and non usable. extra plastic mattress should be laid above regular bedding, in case of small age children and elderly persons.
7. No pets are allowed in sanatorium.
8. Patients suffering from chronic infectious diseases are not allowed to stay in sanatorium
9. Do not take out and use any of the sanatorium room’s things anywhere outside the room
10. Do not disturb any of the guests between 12-3 pm and after 10 pm in night by playful games, loud music, late night get together in rooms or in lobby area.
11. Usage of GAS and STOVE is restricted to the allotted rooms only during the entire stay, transfer of gas cylinders among rooms is not allowed
12. Extra bedding will be provided at a certain fix timings, there is no room service facility in sanatorium
13. All the SUGGESTIONS and COMPLAINTS are welcomed and to be handed over to RECEPTION DESK with the guests details.
14. All the rules and regulations should be strictly followed by guests failing which guest will be forced to vacant his/her room, damage charges to be paid in case of loss to sanatorium , Rent and deposit amount will not be refunded.
15. Trust board has every right to change, include , exclude any rules and regulations which are beneficial for smooth operation of sanatorium .
